A youthful look at love and sadness amid the anxieties of contemporary reality.

If we say that love acts like a nuclear explosion, let's consider what remains in its wake.

In this performance, inspired by Simon Stephens's poem "Nuclear War," we examine a day in the life and state of mind of a woman coming to terms with the loss of her beloved. The narrative is a combination of stories unfolding in her mind—the present and the past, interwoven with reflections, memories, memory distortions, and reality.

The performance is a co-creation by an international team of performers and artists assembled specifically for this project.
